Lake Mills senior Knute Rogne claimed the title of Distance Runner of the Year in Class 1A from the Iowa Association of Track Coaches, in recognition of his record-breaking performances at the 2026 State Track & Field Championships. He received All-State recognition as the first-place finisher in both the 1600 meters and 3200 meters at State.
